At Cup Cakery, we believe in using only the finest quality ingredients available and in taking the time to cook to traditional methods. We sift, chop, simmer, grate, whisk and mix from scratch. We poach our own fruit, make our own sauces and take pride in all we create.
Very importantly, all our cupcakes are baked fresh on the day they are sold.
We also believe in supporting our local community and so we buy locally wherever possible. When ingredients are not available within the upper Blue Mountains, we try to source the closest regional produce. Our organic free range eggs are from a farm at the base of the mountains and our flour is milled just west of Orange.
Even when ingredients are not produced locally, we try to use local suppliers so the community still benefits. Our business goes to local fruit shops, liquor stores and wholesalers rather than cut-priced alternatives based in Sydney.
We believe that good service goes a long way. We do what we can to accommodate special requests and always try to do that little bit extra for people. We enjoy getting to know our customers and get genuine satisfaction from our relationships with them.
